Support
Stuck, found a bug, or spotted a pet that's wrong? We're happy to help.
Email us
We aim to reply within a few days.
It helps if you tell us:
- your @handle, if you have an account;
- which iPhone you're using;
- what you were doing when the problem happened, with a screenshot if you can.
Please never send us your password. We will never ask for it.
Restoring a purchase
Bought Collector Pro or Remove ads before, and it's not showing on a new phone or after reinstalling?
- Make sure your iPhone is signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy it.
- In LPS Checklist, go to Settings, then Account, then Collector Pro.
- Tap Restore purchases. It can take a minute to show.
Still missing? Email us with roughly when you bought it. We can't see your card details, and we'll never ask for them.
Cancelling Collector Pro
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, so you cancel through your Apple ID:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone (not the LPS Checklist settings).
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Choose LPS Checklist and tap Cancel Subscription.
To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before your free trial or current period ends. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Deleting your account
In the app, go to Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. This removes your profile, collection, posts, comments and uploaded photos, and it can't be undone.
If the app asks you to sign in again, that's a security check: sign in, then tap Delete Account once more. If you have Collector Pro, cancel it in your Apple ID settings as well. You can also email us from the address on your account and we'll do it for you. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what's removed.
Reporting a person or a post
If someone is being unkind, unsafe, or breaking the community guidelines:
- On a post, tap the three dots (⋯) and choose Report post.
- On someone's profile, tap Report.
- You can also report comments, messages, listings, trades and contest entries.
Our moderators look at every report within 24 hours. We don't tell the person who reported them. If you think someone is in danger, contact the police or emergency services first.
Blocking and muting
Open the person's profile and tap Block or Mute.
- Blocking stops them following you, messaging you, or sending you trade or friend requests.
- Muting hides their posts and comments from your feed. They won't know.
You can see and undo both in Settings, then Privacy, under Blocked Users and Muted Users.
The Blind Box Decoder can't read a code
The decoder reads the code printed on the box, not the barcode. If it's struggling:
- Find good, even light, and tilt the box slightly so shiny plastic doesn't reflect glare onto the code.
- Hold your phone steady for a second or two, with the code filling the guide box.
- Wipe your camera lens.
- Or just type the code in.
Some series haven't been mapped yet. If the decoder doesn't know your code, email us the code and the pet that was inside (a photo of both is perfect), and it will help us add it for everyone.
A pet is missing or wrong
The catalogue is built from community sources, such as collector websites and wikis, and checked by hand, so mistakes do slip through. Email us the pet's number and name (or a photo) and tell us what's wrong. Fixes reach the app in catalogue updates, so you won't usually need to update the app itself.
